We are delighted to share that the Grammar Players, a chamber ensemble made up entirely of Year 7 and 8 students, were awarded the Best Newcomer Award at the Christchurch Regional NZ Chamber Music Competition.

This performance of Ave Maria showcases the dedication, teamwork and musicianship that impressed both the audience and adjudicators. Throughout the competition, the students demonstrated exceptional focus, professionalism and support for one another, both on and off the stage.

We are incredibly proud of this talented group and all they have achieved. Congratulations to our young musicians on this wonderful recognition.
