At The Cathedral Grammar School, all parents and caregivers of enrolled students automatically become members of The Friends' Association.

The association operates under the guidance of a dedicated committee comprising parent volunteers who are enthusiastic about nurturing the school community, raising funds, and organising social events. An integral aspect of community building is the management of Parent Class Representatives by The Friends' Association. These representatives serve as the initial point of contact for families, coordinate social events for their respective classes, and facilitate connections among families within the school.
